Nihar Shanti Amla launched Re-teach The Teachers under its Pathshala Funwala initiative to improve English education in rural India. With only 1 in 10 students able to read English and many teachers lacking proficiency, the program uses WhatsApp to train teachers at scale, empowering them to teach effectively and bridge the learning gap.
